Antenora Architects LLP led a multidisciplinary team in the survey and documentation of this downtown Austin Historic Landmark nestled in the heart of the Central Business District. Originally constructed in 1892 with multiple subsequent renovations and additions, the 340 page Palm School Historic Structure Report documents its existing condition and phases of development in 3D models, measured drawings, detailed narratives and record photography. A team of consulting engineers were coordinated for the survey of this facility over a period of two months to record a myriad of findings and recommendations the repair and rehabilitation of the Historic Landmark for future generations’ appreciation.
