PRESERVATION, RENOVATION & RE-USE ARCHITECTURE

Many of the historic structures in our cities and communities were built to last with techniques and materials that are superior to those used today. As such, renovation and re-use of vintage building fabric typically offer more cost-effective and environmentally responsible solutions to the needs of modern society. And there's another benefit: Preservation – through the direct recycling and re-use of existing building components and forms – not only reduces the stream of castoff materials into our landfills, it helps us maintain a shared connection to our historical past.

Through a series of very successful large preservation, renovation, and adaptive re-use projects, Antenora Architects is recognized as a leader and innovator in this important and ever-growing architectural market.

We have greatly enjoyed working with AALP and their team of consultants. We are very pleased with the quality of work and level of professionalism that has been provided thus far and, indeed, have just moved into a second subsequent phase of our planning work with them.”
