Encompassing 172,000 sf, the Anderson Mill Shopping Center is a proposed renovation of an existing property located in a fast-growing area on the north side of Austin. The owner tasked Antenora Architects with designing substantial changes to the facades that will include installation of canopies, signage, landscaping, and walkways to give the complex a contemporary – and more attractive – appearance.
