2017 National AIA Honor Award for Architecture

The Cotton Gin was honored with the highest professional award an architect can earn 2017 National American Institute of Architect (AIA) Honor Award for Architecture. It is the first structure from 2012 master plan for the 16-acre former agriculture co-op site.
