Located in a fast growing suburb outside of Austin, this project involved the ground up construction of a 10,500 sf retail building. Using a minimal palette of materials including structural steel, brick, and white stucco, the building is contemporary take on a traditional project type. Pops of color and architectural tower elements are used to add dimension and uniqueness across the façade.
