Antenora Architects LLP and Urban Planning partner HOK Houston collaborated on the creation of site plan concepts for a city-owned track of land in northwest Austin that is slated for redevelopment. Well served by MetroRail and near The Domain mixed-use campus, the McKalla Tract is a former brown field industrial site that has been a recent focus as the possible location for a new professional Soccer Team. This concept imagines a more densely utilized mixed-use district of office, retail and multifamily housing centered
on a park space that connects to a new MetroRail Station.
