Antenora Architects LLP led a multidisciplinary team in the survey and documentation of this downtown Austin Historic Landmark nestled in the heart of the Central Business District. Following the completion of a comprehensive Historic Structure Report, Antenora and its Planning partners developed a wide range of redevelopment scenarios that would preserve the most vital elements of the Historic Palm School while encouraging economically feasible approaches to attract the interest of potential investors as the Owner seeks a new Public Private Partnership to transform the site for the future generations.
