This urban infill project is a 110 unit podium apartment complex located in East Austin’s rapidly developing Riverside corridor and is currently in the entitlement phase. It is configured as a 4 story apartment over a 2 story 3 hour rated podium parking garage.

Amenities include a leasing office within parking garage off one of two fully furnished Lobbies, Pool with adjacent Club Room and Fitness Center. Challenges addressed in this design are significant grade change across the site and coordination of a storm water detention vault on an adjacent lot.
