Located in downtown Austin, this two-building project is on an urban infill site bounded by Amtrak to the north and the North Shore parklands of Lady Bird Lake to the South. The land slopes dramatically down toward the Lance Armstrong Bikeway and hike & bike trail parkland in this centrally situated urban enclave offering grade entry to the residences from the north and open-air structured resident parking to the south.

As Production Architects in collaboration with The Davies Collaborative, Antenora Architects supplemented the development of the BIM Model for one of the two buildings in the new development. The project is currently in its Entitlements Phase.
