This 76 Townhome urban infill project proposed in East Austin strikes a balance between the adjacent single family community and the developing, more Contemporary multifamily neighbors. Connectivity to the existing urban fabric was a key objective here. While the majority of the proposed development are townhomes, a 3 story mixed-use building faces 12th Street, an important and vital commercial corridor to East Austin.
