Planned for construction within Fort Worth's Fairmont Historic District, this urban infill project respectfully acknowledges the neighborhood's time-honored tradition of Mediterranean Art Deco architecture. Antenora Architect designed the 22,000 sf building to enclose ground-level retail and private residences on its second and third floors. The design team selected materials to complement the historic fabric of adjacent structures.
